Eligibility Requirements: Award available only to those who have proof of Osage Indian descent. Must submit proof of fanancial need. Applicant must be American Indian/Alaska Native and enrolled full or part-time at a two or four-year institution or university. Along with the application, applicant must submit a financial need analysis, transcripts, verification of enrollement, proof of Osage Indian descent and a copy of CDIB.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to residents og Oklahoma who graduated within the previous 3 years from an accredited high school in the state or from a high school bordering Oklahoma as approved by the State Board of Education, who have completed the GED requirements. Applicants must be younger than 21 years of age and have been in DHS custody for at least 9 months between 16 and 18 years of age.
