American Legion Auxiliary Oregon Department Grants

Eligibility Requirements: One-time award for educational use in the state of Oregon. Must be a resident of Oregon who is the child or widow of a veteran or the wife of a disabled veteran. Applicant must be enrolled full or part-time at a four or two-year technical institute or university.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible, veteran must have served in U.S. armed forces 90 days and been discharged under honorable conditions; U.S. citizen and Oregon resident; Korean War veteran or recieved campaign or expeditionary medal or ribbon awarded by U.S. armed forces for sevices after June 30, 1958. Applicant must be enrolled or expecting to enroll full time or part time at a two year or four year college, university or technical institution, be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Oregon and studying in Oregon.

Eligibility Requirements: This program is open to undergraduate students at a member institutions who are enrolled full-time in science and engineering fieldsss related to the mission of the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration. U.S. citizenship is required. Selection based on scholastic achievment and career goals.

El igibility Requirements: Federal Pell Grants are the largest source of ''gift aid'' awarded to undergraduate students and are based on financial need. How much you get depends on your expected family contribution, your cost of attendence, whether you are a full-time or part-time student, and whether you attend school for a full semester or less. You may only receive one Pell Grant in an award year, and you may not receive Pell Grant funds from more than one school at a time.
