Eligibility Requirements: One-time award for Delaware residents with financial need. May be used at an institution in Delaware or Pennsylvania, or at another out-of-state institution if a program is not available at a publicly-supported school in Delaware. Must have minimum 2.5 GPA. Grant for use in freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior years.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to applicants who have been Delaware residents for at least three years and are children of parents who were Delaware residents when they entered the armed forces and were either killed or disabled as a result of being in the services, died from injuries, diseases, or disabilities suffered, or went missing in action or have been declared prisoner's of war. Also available to Delaware State law enforcement personel who was killed in the line of duty or died as a result of injuries, diseases or wounds.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to residents of Delaware and individuals working in Delaware who are at least eighteen years old or older. Grant is designed to give financial assistance for part time education to working adults. Applicant must demonstrate financial need and part time enrollment in participating Delaware college and training programs. Full time students are not eligible.

Eligibility Requirements: Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants awards are given to undergraduate students demonstrating financial need. Federal Pell Grant awards recipient recieve priority for FSEOG awards. Depending on when you apply, your financial need, the funding level of your school you are attending, and the policies of your school's financial aid office will determine how much you receive.

Eligibility Requirements: Federal Pell Grants are the largest source of ''gift aid'' awarded to undergraduate students and are based on financial need. How much you get depends on your expected family contribution, you cost of attendence, whether your a full-time or part-time student, and whether you attend school for a full semester or less. You may only recieve one Pell Grant in an award year, and you may not receive Pell Grant funds from more than one school at a time.
