Eligibility requirements: Applicant must show a need for financial aid. Grants must be used for post- secondary education at two year or four year institutions, colleges or universities.
Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident, full or part time student, residing and studying in Iowa.

Eligibility requirements: Applicant must be enrolled or expecting to enroll full or part-time at a two year or four year college, university, or technical institution and must be a resident of Iowa and studying in Iowa. Applicant must have military experience in the Air Force National Guard or the Army National Guard. Grant is for use in freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior years and is not renewable.
