died on active duty or subsequently declared 100 percent disabled as the result of service-connected illness or injury. Applicant must be a Michigan resident and studying in Michigan. For use in freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year and is renewable.

Preference given to a student attending Lawrence Technical University and majoring in manufacturing engineering. Applicant must be enrolled full-time at an institution or university.
