Eligibility requirements: Applicant must be enrolled at a four year college or university in Missouri. Grant is to be used in senior year and is not renewable. Award is for support of undergraduate student writing thesis on a Truman related topic to come to the library and conduct research.
Applicant must be enrolled at a four-year institution or university.

Eligibility Requirements: This program is open to dependent children and spouses of highway and transportation department employees who were killed or permanently disabled while engaged in the construction or maintenance of Missouri highways, roads, and bridges and Missouri public safety officers who were killed or permanently disabled in the line of fire.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to surviving spouses and chidren of veterans who served in the military in Vietnam or the war zone in southeast Asia, who were residents of Missouri when first entering military service and at the time of death, whose death was attribute to or caused by exposure to toxic chemicals during the Vietnam conflict, and who served in Vietnam theater between 1961 and 1972.
