Award: Grant use for freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior years and is renewable.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicant must be American Indian/Alaska Native pursuing an undergraduate degree. Must submit an application, essay, financial needs analysis, and a certification of Blackfeet blood. Applicant must be enrolled or expecting to enroll full time at a two year college or a four year college, university, or technical institute.


Montana Tuition Assistance-Baker Grant

Eligiblity Requirements: Need based grant for Montana residents attending participating Montana schools who have earned at least $2,575 during the previous calender year. Must be enrolled full-time. Grant does not need to be repaid. Award covers the first undergraduate degree or certificate.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to high school jiniors who have been enrolled in the college preperatory curriculum for at least 2 years at a Montana high school that is participating in the Gear Up program. Aplicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher at the end of the fourth semester of high school and upon high school graduation.

Eligibility Requirements: Federal Pell grants are the largest source of ''guft aid'' awarded to undergraduate students and are based on financial need. How much you receive depends on you expected family contribution, your cost of attendence, whether you are a full-time or part-time student, and whether you attend school for a full academic year or less. You may receive only one Pell Grant in an award year, and you may not receive Pell Grant Funds from more than one school at a time.
