The school must be in New Hampshire or another state.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to residents of New Hampshire, if they are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, or are accepted at or enrolled part time or full time in an eligible postsecondary college, university, or technical institution in Vermont, Maine Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New Hampshire. Applicant must demonstrate both academic and financial need and maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 or higher. Stiphends range from $125.00 to $1000.00 per year.
