Eligibility requirements: Applicant must be enrolled or expected to enroll full or part time at a two year or four year college, university, or technical institution while studying in North Carolina. Applicant must have served or is still serving in the Air Force National Guard or the Army National Guard.

Eligibility Requirements: This program is open to North Carolina residents attending 1 of 37 legislatively-designated private colleges in the state on a full-time basis. Financial need is not a considered in the selection process. Students of theology, divinity, religious education, or any pther course of study designed primary for career preperation in a religious vocation are not eligible.
