Eligibility Requirements:
Open to South Carolina residents who are either entering freshman who rank in upper 75% of high school class or score 900 on SAT, or those who are upperclassman who pass 24 credit hours annually. Must demonstrate financial need and be pursuing their first bachelors degree at independent South Carolina-based accredited colleges.
