Renewable grants for Vermont residents.
Eligibility requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and Vermont resident enrolled in a two year or four year approved post- secondary institution or university. Grant can be used in freshman, sophomore, junior or senior year. Also open to Vermont residents who plan to enroll in college full-time and don't yet have a bachelor's degree.

less than twelve credits per semester who have not received a bachelors degree. Grant is based on financial need and is renewable for each year of schooling in an approved post-

Eligibility Requirements: Federal Pell Grants are the largest source of ''gift aid'' awarded to undergraduate students and are based on financial need. How much you get depends on your expected family contribution, your cost of attendence, whether you are a full-time or part-time student, and whether you attend school for a full semester or less. You may only receive one Pell Grant in an award year, and you may not receive Pell Grant funds from more than one school at a time.

Federal Pell Grant awards recipient receive priority for FSEOG awards. Depending on when you apply, your financial need, the funding level of your school you are attending, and the policies of your school's financila aid office will determine how much you receive.
